
Congratulations to Anthony Marino, who committed to employment at Tymetal Corp during the WSWHE BOCES Career and Technical Education (CTE) program signing ceremony! The annual ceremony recognizes students in its programs who will go directly into the workforce. 🤩



Fort Ann took seven shooters to the USA Clay State Competition in Bridgeport, NY. Close to 800 student-athletes attended from all over the state. Jayden Gonyea was our team's JV High Gun and took 3rd place for the JV Male High Gun at the state competition. Caleb Haviland finished 31 out of 236 in the JV Male High Gun state competition. James Bailey was our team's Varsity High Gun. Tyler Winchell, Landen Crandell, Caleb Stranahan, and JJ Mattison put in a strong effort and helped the team finish with 376 out of 500 points. We Thanks to Chris Winchell for his help as Range Safety Officer and all the other families for their support! Go Cards!

Our high school students will take a field trip to the Wild Play high ropes adventure course at Thacher Park! Grades 11 and 12 will go on June 3, and grades 9 and 10 will go on June 5. How cool was that eclipse!?! Did you know that you can recycle your eclipse glasses for a good cause? Ms. Huskie is accepting eclipse glasses as part of the effort to help students in Latin America experience the eclipse in October. See the flier below. (Glasses will be accepted until Friday, 4/19) Please bring your glasses to any of the offices to donate!


Congratulations to Olivia Hurlburt who was selected to be featured in the 2024 Adirondack Trust Company Festival of Young Artists! The festival is a free community event that is presented annually at SPAC to celebrate the collaborative creativity of more than 500 of the Capital Region’s brightest young actors, dancers, musicians, singers, poets, and visual artists. Her drawing, "Flight," will be featured in the online gallery and at SPAC's live festival event in June.


Kayleigh joined senior Scholar Athletes from schools throughout the capital region at the annual Section 2 Girls Basketball Scholar Athlete Awards event in Saratoga. Kayleigh was nominated by her Coach, Jason Humiston, in recognition of her work on and off the court! She proudly represented the Fort Ann Central School and Adirondack League alongside the many amazing young women that were each selected and recognized for their efforts! Congratulations, Kay!
